A gorgeous home in the South Park area of Charlotte was selected by the Carolina Spaces team as the overall favorite home staging project of 2015.  Team leader Joan Inglis assisted with paint and update selections to get this home ready for listing, and our inventory of new, high-end furnishings was brought in to transform this cold, vacant property into a warm and inviting home.  Eight offers were received within the first 2 days, and the bidding war ended with this home under contract in 4 DAYS for $27,500 over list price!
